This stylish chef knife is designed to for slicing and dicing vegetables as well as portioning proteins. The upswept tip, gives the user greater rocking motion as well as finesse when slicing with tip.

The blade is forged from damascus steel and retains the forged finish on the flats of the blade, as a reminder of it’s forged creation.

The handle is ebonised oak salvaged from wine barrels.
