This is a Japanese-styled kitchen knife is a variation on of a gyuto for the BBQ lovers. Featuring an upswept tip is made from slicing up proteins, but with a 45mm height at the heel it will still take care of all the other food prep jobs, like slicing and dicing onions or shredding cabbages.
The blade is forged from 15N20 carbon steel and retains the forged finish on the flats of the blade, as a nod to it’s hand-forged creation.
The handle is stabilised river tōtara and tawa and with black G10.
